How does buying cigarettes online work?

Choosing a quantity

Cigarettes are sold by the carton of ten packs — not by the single pack — or in bundles of 4, 8 or 12 cartons. Each step lowers the price per carton: cartons start at $95.00, and 12 cartons bring the lowest rate to $82.08 a carton. Above 5 cartons you can also talk to us on WhatsApp; more than 12 cartons is quoted directly.

RELX pods are sold by the box of three pods, or 10 boxes at a time.

Paying

• Card — for orders between $30 and $1,000, paid on the payment provider's secure page.
• Bank transfer or PayID — any amount; the order ships once the payment lands.
• Cash face to face — metropolitan Melbourne only (VIC postcodes 3000–3207 and 3800–3810), for up to one carton, with the price agreed on WhatsApp.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatched within 1–2 business days by Express Post, 1–3 business days to arrive, tracked all the way. Delivery is free to every Australian address with no minimum order, and the parcel is plain and unbranded — nothing on the outside says what is inside.

If a parcel does not arrive

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, tell us and we’ll send a replacement free — or refund you, your choice.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice.
